Meet Our Founder
Nadly Belizaire, LMHC
Nadly Belizaire is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and the founder of Peaceway Therapy. She graduated from the University of Florida with her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees and has provided services in the mental health field for almost 20 years. Her career commenced as a site clinician with the Bertha Abess Children’s Center for six years. As a site clinician, she worked with children from pre-K to high school, providing individual, group, and family counseling. Her responsibilities also included aiding children and adolescents to address ADHD, anger, depression, anxiety, oppositional defiance, and family stressors. After years of working with children, she accepted a position in 2008 with ComPsych Guidance Resources. There she provided individual counseling services, including crisis intervention, assessment, and referral services for adults.
Her passion is incoming alongside people during the challenging moments in their lives and helping them find peace within. Being there for people initially started off as a gift from God but with education and ongoing training, Nadly has become skilled in offering clinical support and interventions that are evidence-based and effective. She is trained in Perinatal Mental Health and Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She understands that no two people are alike so she tailors the treatment to the individual client’s needs. Nadly’s specialties include but are not limited to maternal mental health, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, stress management, and family issues.
Nadly is a Jesus Christ-follower, wife, and mother.
